These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ghostrmm.net (the "Site") and the GhostRMM remote monitoring and management platform (the "Service"), operated by GhostRMM ("GhostRMM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service on any endpoint complies with applicable law and that you have the necessary authorization to monitor and manage the devices you connect to GhostRMM.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. SMS Program Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from GhostRMM — including platform alerts, account and support notices, or promotional messages — the following terms apply in addition to our full SMS / Text Messaging Terms in our Privacy Policy:

• Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase or use the GhostRMM platform generally, except where a specific feature you've configured requires SMS delivery (e.g., an alert you've routed to text).
• Message frequency varies based on your account and alert configuration.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by GhostRMM or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GhostRMM does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostRMM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service.

8. Termination
